WOHLLEB RAHMEN acquires Studio Arte AG, strengthening its presence in the Swiss market

Vienna, March 7, 2025 – WOHLLEB RAHMEN, a leading supplier for professional framers, galleries, museums, and wholesalers, announces the acquisition of Studio Arte AG, based in Zurich. With over 15 employees, Studio Arte is the largest custom framing company in Switzerland and has more than 40 years of experience in the high-end framing segment. With this strategic acquisition, WOHLLEB RAHMEN continues its expansion and strengthens its position in the Swiss retail market as well as in the museum and gallery sector.

Through this acquisition, Studio Arte’s core business will be strategically expanded while leveraging synergies between the two companies to offer innovative products and customized services for customers in Switzerland.
